Merchant Application
This year the merchant area will be in part of the main ball room and will be secured at night. The merchant area will also be open during feast to help set a Persian Market atmosphere the Autocrat has selected as our theme this year.

1. A confirmation e-mail and invoice will be sent to you upon review of the application.
2. Merchant space is $10.00 per space (10X10). Merchant entrance fee is $17.00 per adult and $6.00 per child (5-17) free for 4 and under, for pre-registration and $20.00 at the door. Feast is $12.00 per person. Do not send money now, please pay from the invoice to follow.
3. All payments must be made by December 15, 2018. If payment is NOT received by December 15, 2018, there is no guarantee on vending space.
4. After receipt of your payment, a conformation letter and merchant passes will be mailed to you. The merchant passes will be needed to be on site before and after the event.
5. In the event you need to cancel, written notice (email or snail mail) must be received by December 1, 2018 in order to receive a refund.
6. For all non-SCA Merchants, a $5.00 non-member fee must be paid at the door.
7. Site opens to Merchants at 12 Noon Friday, January 11th 2019. All merchants must troll in and be ready for business by 5 PM. All merchants are required to close during Courts and start packing up at the end of Feast. All merchants must be off premises by 8:30 am, January 13 th , 2019.
8. We are asking all merchants to please make an attempt to dress the merchant area like a Persian Market. Decorations and self-standing pop ups can be brought in to lower the ceiling height. The event staff is trying to make the Merchant area more inviting and less convention looking.
Site Rules:
1. The site will open for merchants at 12 Noon, Friday, January 11 th 2019. Only those who have pre-registered at this time will be allowed on site.
2. No one will be allowed in the vending area after closing without a merchant pass.
